EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.

A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment. This ensures that we can secure your preferred time and provide the highest level of service.

To avoid a no-show or cancellation charge and to allow other guests the opportunity to book available appointments, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can do this by calling our salon during business hours. The call must be confirmed by your stylist to be valid.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost.

  • Late Cancellations and Reschedules: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost.

Please be advised that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled. In such cases, a cancellation fee will apply, as our time and that of our other guests are valued.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. This ensures we can maintain a high level of service and accommodate all our guests' needs.

 

SERVICE SATISFACTION

We strive to ensure every guest leaves our salon fully satisfied with their service. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with the results, we are committed to making it right.

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly provide an adjustment at no additional charge. Adjustments are treated as regular appointments and are scheduled accordingly.

To qualify for an adjustment:

  • Contact Us Promptly: Please reach out to us within 7 days of your original service date to request an adjustment.

  • Scheduling: Your adjustment appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service to ensure continuity and understanding of your preferences.

  • No Charge for Adjustments: There will be no additional cost for adjustments made within the 7-day period.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services provided. Our commitment is to work with you until you are satisfied with the outcome.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in allowing us to address any concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need an adjustment, and we will do our best to accommodate you promptly and professionally.
